Although the weather forecast does not look very good, we expect some interesting visitors for our 15th Fly In. The first one has already arrived and is now stationed inside the museum's hangar.

Special thanks to those who will contribute to the success of this 15th Stampe Fly In and those who have done so over the past 15 years. I am not venturing in listing the names, lest I forget one.

We just woke up to a beautiful sunshine. Hope the weather will be better today and that still some more visitors will join us. Right uploading this, it started raining. We did have the sun finally and a lot of visitors came down to the airport in the afternoon. Both Spits made a terrific display before leaving us for their home base at Duxford.

Saturday, May 7th

The weather was dry, but it was 'bloody' cold with a lot of wind. One German and and Englishman came through nevertheless. It was a pity but we enjoyed our day on the filed nevertheless. By 5 o'clock, the weather was good enough to give us a fine display with the Spit and a second one with a formation flight 2 Harvards, 1 Spit and a Beech 18.

07/05/2005 : one Englisman came through in late afternoon. He'll remember his flight for ages to come.
